Closet/Swap Shop
Pearland Council of PTA and PISD working together for all our students.
Regularly Open 4pm to 7pm unless otherwise noted on the dates stated below:

Come and participate in our clothing swap/exchange program. Spread the word and tell your friends and neighbors
The
Community Closet will also be able to let parents pick out
clothes without needing to swap. For vouchers please see your
School Nurse/CIS rep/Counselor, Principal or talk to the PTA
Community Closet Coordinator (contact info below) then make an
appointment or come at our regular opening times.
The acceptable clothing guidelines are as follows for swapping:
· All clothes should be free of ink, marker, or pencil marks.
· All clothes should be washed and neatly folded with no stains, no missing buttons, tears or any other flaws to the fabric.
· We will not accept hats or undergarments.
· We will accept only standardized dress polo shirts, pants, jumpers, skirts, shorts (for elementary grades only), belts (no big chains, or logos), jackets and sweaters.
· Belts can only be swapped for belts.
· A Community Closet/Swap Shop representative has authority to accept or reject clothing brought in.
The Community Closet/Swap Shop is located at Pearland Jr. High West (2337 N. Galveston Rd.) in the portable building behind the school. Turn on Plum Street off Galveston, turn by the tennis courts and look for a banner with “Swap Shop” on it. Park in the parking lot, go through the black gate and follow the signs to the building.
Donations of acceptable clothing and nice shoes for our Community Closet/Swap Shop are always welcome!
